Be sure to use our Three-step instructions to use our Stationery!

Thanks for downloading Cloudeight Stationery. You must follow the correct three steps for the stationery and quicknotes to work correctly. Our stationery and QuickNotes have preset margins and text color if used as instructed. Please note our stationery works in Vista Windows Mail,  Outlook Express and Outlook 2003/XP, and several miscellaneous email programs. We are the only stationery site on the web completely compatible with VISTA's Windows Mail!

  • Click Message
  • Click New Message Using
  • Click Select Stationery

Note!  Have you recently upgraded to Outlook Express 6.0 or Windows XP? If so, your security settings may be too high to allow for scrolling. Open your mail program and go to Tools, then Options, then choose the Security tab. You must be set to "Internet Zone."   Click Here for picture to help you!

Juno, Excite, Yahoo, MSN and other Users:  Click here if you are NOT using Outlook or Outlook Express email! 

Incredimail users cannot use our email stationery.  We are also incompatible with iMac.

You must not be using Outlook as a client for MS Word or connected via a LAN via Internet Mail Service.  Click here to make sure you are not using MS Word as your editor for Outlook.  NOTE: Outlook 2007 does not give this option so you cannot use stationery in Outlook 2007!

Sound will not embed in Outlook

Scroll will not work in 2003 but otherwise works great.
